Welcome to Our Staff Week!
Thank you for your interest in our institution. We are pleased to announce that our School, in collaboration with the CITIC-UGR, is organizing a Staff Week designed to welcome teaching and administrative staff from our partner institutions.
The primary goal is to bring mobilities together during the same period so that all participants can share experiences and strengthen connections. During the event, colleagues from our faculty will join joint sessions, presentations, and institutional visits, providing a comprehensive view of our academic environment.
Proposed Dates for the 2026-2027 Academic Year

Max. number of participants: 35 per week.
We believe this is an excellent opportunity to expand your network, exchange best practices, and deepen our cooperation. To help with the organization, please let us know which of these dates works best for you and suggest a topic or area of interest for a talk or session you would like to give. Please, have in mind that the talk should be of interest for all the audience.

- 11:30 am Tour - Internationalization Office and the Computer Science and Telecommunication School
- 12:00 pm Presentation of the week’s program
- 1:00 pm Lunch
Tuesday - 16th March / 18th May
- 10:00 am – Guided Tour - CITIC-UGR (Research Centre)
- 11:00 am – Coffee Break
- 11:30 am – Lectures by attending professors

Wednesday - 17th March / 19th May
- 10:00 am - "Improving students' mobility by implementing European values and civic engagement learning" - European Project

- Visit to the CSIRC - Center for IT Services and Communication Networks - UGR

- Meeting with people from specific departments or units at UGR.
