The ETSIIT secretary is located in the main hall, constituting the administrative center of the center. The administrative procedures related to enrollment, scholarship application and many others are carried out through the Electronic Administration.

The business hours to the public are from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Appointment
The University of Granada has implemented a system to request an appointment and carry out administrative procedures in the secretariats of the centers (CIGES). Its objective is to minimize waiting time, offer better quality in the service provided and peace of mind to the user when knowing when it will be attended.
Operation
Request your appointment as follows:

in person: In the vending machine of the Secretariat.

Online: Appointment through the CIGES Web or through your Android mobile.
Validate the appointment, also which is requested in person, by pressing on validate code and passing the QR code (code of points of your mobile) through the reader of the machine. You will appear on the screen as waiting.
NOTE: Always validate it before your appointment time so that the system can call you. Otherwise, you will not be able to be seen on the same day, unless you request a new appointment, if available.
What does this mean? If your appointment has an estimated time of 12:00, and valid at 11:00, it may be the case that appointments prior to yours are not validated. In this case, the system will not make you wait until your estimated time and you will be able to be attended earlier.
If you have validated and the system has called you, but you have not passed, your code will appear again as pending validation, so you will have to validate it again to be attended.
You can validate repeatedly, but always before your appointment time.
Wait to be called. Your number and the number of the table that will serve you will appear at the top of the screen.

Procedure by which students or graduates of the University of Granada request academic certifications about their enrollment or the content of their academic record, its purpose is that the interested party can accredit any data in their academic record. They can be requested at any time by the interested parties or duly accredited representatives.
